Lots of young girls like to use nail polish. Our friends at Let the Little Children Come had an interesting idea: what if nail polish could be used to share the gospel?
Sounds intriguing, right? They’ve practiced this method and described exactly how this tool can be used to share the gospel with other kids. Here’s a short description of this method from their website:
“Based on the same colors as the popular Wordless Book, this gospel presentation idea uses nail polish to share the message of salvation with children.
When Jesus taught his first disciples, he used things they were familiar with, like sheep, fish and bread. We can follow in Jesus’ footsteps by using items that children are familiar with to share with them the gospel message.
Nail polish is popular not just with adults, but also with younger girls.
Use nail polish as a variation to the popular child evangelism tool – The Wordless Book – to share the message of salvation with girls.”
Materials: Nail polish – gold (or yellow), black, red, white and green
Audience: Girls aged 5 to 12
